Pippa Mattei is a chef, food writer and teacher. For 35 years her kitchen has been a place where she has shared many meals with friends and those passionate about food and learning about it.
Pippa has written several books, namely her bestselling ‘25 Years in a Maltese Kitchen,’ and ‘Pippa’s Festa’, which won an International award from GOURMAND in Paris.
She has featured on American Life TV, on Greek and Gibraltarian television, and was a guest chef on a local prime time television show.
Pippa hosts cooking lessons throughout the year, (except August) in her state of the art and air-conditioned kitchen, where she shares her passion of Maltese cuisine while creating dishes using the freshest local ingredients.
